Oh I do SO love this time of year! The Bluebells are all out in the woods making a magical carpet fit for a Goddess! The apple blossom this year seems pinker and prettier than ever! And the hedgerows are greening with all those billions of tiny, perfect, baby leaves...how amazing this beautiful planet is... doesn’t it gladden your heart and make your spirit soar?

Everything has come together beautifully with the ‘Luna Moon Hare’ calendar and it is now with the printers. I will be launching it in July. It is looking SO lovely...here is a sneak preview of the back cover which shows all the main images.

Other than the calendar, I have been busily working on commissioned pieces and formulating ideas for paintings for our ‘Sacred Creatures of Albion’ exhibition. So many ideas! Sometimes the ideas seem like unruly children all running around and shouting for attention!...they need to be quietened down so that I can see them properly and give them the time that they need!!

This year I have discovered Kundalini Yoga. I have practiced yoga on and off for most of my adult life and have always found it wonderfully beneficial on so many levels... I am finding the practice of Kundalini yoga really profound and I’m loving how it’s making me feel ... physically, emotionally and spiritually. I mention this, as the practice is making me very aware of our Chakra energy points and one of the many ideas I have, is to work with sacred animal energy in connection with chakra energy. Well it’s all in the melting pot...we’ll see what emerges!
