CuChulainn

The Celtic warrior hero. There are number of such heros throughout Celtic mythology. They are set in the apparently 'real' world but the 'Faerie' world is never far away.

They are born human but are capable of super human deeds. Here depicted we see CuChulainn appearing through the mists of Avalon at that point between night and dawn when the characters of myth take form in a 'reality' unrestricted by space or time.
